🔄 Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale items and digital products are non-returnable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • To initiate a return, email us at contact@3riveam.com with your order number and reason for return.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • We do not offer refunds for shipping fees.

📦 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the correct product.
