Shipping
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping Time: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping (U.S. domestic).
- Shipping Rates: Shipping is free on orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
Please note: Some items ship directly from partner brands or warehouses. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
International Shipping
If we ship to your country, shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

- Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unused, unopened items in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be final sale for hygiene or safety reasons (for example, some beauty products, earrings, or intimate items). These will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Condition: Items must be in resellable condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged, with tags/packaging).
To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- Reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it's processed.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The packing slip
We'll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
