Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: We process orders quickly, but if you need a change, contact us ASAP with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

Q: Where can I find my order number?
A: Your order number is in your confirmation email and on your order history if you created an account at checkout.

Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually ship within 2–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking once it's on the way.

Q: Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
A: We partner with different brands and warehouses. Sometimes items ship from different locations, so they may arrive separately.

Returns & Refunds

Q: How do I return something?
A: Check our Shipping & Returns page for full details, then contact us with your order number and the item you want to return.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once your return is approved and processed, refunds usually take 3–5 business days to show on your original payment method.

Q: An item I wanted is sold out—will it come back?
A: Some drops are limited, but others get restocked. Feel free to message us about a specific item and we'll let you know what's up.
